Payment is only requested after you have confirmed availability, verified the puppy and read and approved your written agreement. The payment options are shown when you check out, and every payment is acknowledged in writing.
Buying & delivery
How Buying a Puppy Works
Five clear steps from your first question to your puppy arriving at your door.

Send an enquiry
Choose a puppy and press “Ask About This Puppy”, or call us. You only need your name, email and a message — no address or payment.

Verify the puppy
Ask for recent photos or a short video, the date of birth and copies of the health and vaccination records. Take your time and ask anything.
- 03
Read and approve the agreement
We confirm availability and you receive a written agreement listing the puppy's details, price, vaccination schedule, vet-check period and return terms. You approve it by typing your legal name.

Pay the deposit or full price
After approval you receive our payment details. Pay a deposit to reserve the puppy, or the full price. The deposit comes off the final balance.

Free door-to-door delivery
We confirm the delivery date in writing and bring your puppy to your door, with its records.
Deposits and refunds
Deposits are shown on each puppy's profile and come off the final price. Deposits are refundable if you cancel before delivery, or you can move yours to another puppy. Every puppy comes with a 72-hour health guarantee: if a licensed vet finds a serious illness present at delivery within 72 hours, you can return the puppy for a full refund or receive a replacement.
French Bulldog puppies with delivery
Delivery is free to the 48 contiguous US states. Alaska and Hawaii are not currently served. We do not offer pickup. Puppies travel by ground in a temperature-controlled vehicle with our family.
When a puppy can travel
A puppy travels only once it is at least 8 weeks old and its vet check is complete. A puppy listed as “Available” can be enquired about and reserved; its delivery date is confirmed with you in writing. Health and vaccination records travel with the puppy.
