Question 1

How do I reserve a puppy?

Accepted Answer

Choose your puppy, then reserve with a deposit or pay in full on the reservation page. Submit a short request. Availability, the agreement and payment arrangements must be confirmed before a puppy is reserved.

Question 2

How much is a puppy and a deposit?

Accepted Answer

Puppies are priced between $800 and $950. Deposits range from $500 to $850 depending on the puppy, and the deposit comes off the final balance.

Question 3

Is the deposit refundable?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Your deposit is refundable if you cancel before delivery, and it is refunded in full if we cannot deliver your puppy. You can also choose to move it to another puppy.

Question 4

What health care has each puppy had?

Accepted Answer

Every puppy has a veterinary examination, age-appropriate vaccinations, deworming and a microchip before delivery, with dated records sent to you in writing.

Question 5

Do you offer a health guarantee?

Accepted Answer

Yes — a 72-hour health guarantee. Have your puppy examined by a licensed vet within 72 hours of delivery. If the vet finds a serious illness present at delivery, you can return the puppy for a full refund or receive a replacement of equal value.

Question 6

Are French Bulldogs hypoallergenic?

Accepted Answer

No. French Bulldogs shed and are not hypoallergenic. Spend time around the breed if someone in your household has allergies, and seek advice before committing.

Question 7

How do payments work?

Accepted Answer

Payment is only requested after you have confirmed availability, asked your questions and read and approved your written agreement. The payment options are shown at checkout, and every payment is acknowledged in writing.

Question 8

Do you offer in-person pickup?

Accepted Answer

No. We are strictly a delivery-only home. Every puppy is hand-delivered to your door, so we do not host visits or pickups at our property.

Question 9

Where do you deliver?

Accepted Answer

To all 48 contiguous US states (Alaska and Hawaii are not currently served). Your puppy travels door-to-door in a temperature-controlled vehicle with a dedicated chaperone — never in cargo.

Question 10

What does delivery cost and how long does it take?

Accepted Answer

Delivery is free. Our family handles the route, transport and door-to-door arrangements, confirmed in writing before payment. Most deliveries are completed within one to two weeks of your reservation being confirmed.

Question 11

What comes with my puppy?

Accepted Answer

Health records, microchip paperwork, the signed agreement, a starter supply of their current food, a familiar-smelling blanket and a written care plan for the first month.

Question 12

What support do you offer afterwards?

Accepted Answer

Lifetime guidance. Message us with training, feeding or grooming questions at any point in your dog's life.
