Deposits hold a specific puppy and the terms are set out in the written agreement. If a puppy is found to be unwell before delivery, your deposit is fully refunded or moved to another puppy — your choice.

No dog is truly hypoallergenic. Several of our breeds are low-shedding, which many allergy-sensitive families find easier, but we always suggest spending time with the breed first.
