Sale and rescue are different
Little Pup Corner’s puppy sales are not represented as rescue or adoption. If you want to adopt, search for legitimate breed rescues and shelters and verify the organization independently. An adoption fee is not the same as a commercial puppy price.
Ask about the individual dog
Request known health history, behavior with children or other pets, daily care needs and the reason for rehoming. Adult dogs may offer a more established personality, but they can still need training, adjustment and medical care.
Understand fees and commitments
Ask what an adoption fee includes and whether the rescue provides records, follow-up or a return process. Do not assume a rescue dog will cost less over its lifetime. Budget ongoing care and insurance or emergency savings.
Safe rehoming
Use a reputable organization or a careful documented process. Avoid pressure, anonymous payment demands and photos that cannot be verified. Be honest about your routine, experience and ability to support a flat-faced dog.
Prepare for transition
Keep the first days quiet with predictable food, rest and gentle introductions. Arrange a vet visit and discuss incomplete records openly. Patience and professional support can matter more than a breed’s reputation.
