About the Cavapoo
The Cavapoo crosses the Cavalier King Charles Spaniel with the Toy or Miniature Poodle, and it inherits the Cavalier's soft, people-focused nature alongside the Poodle's low-shedding fleece coat.
They are one of the easiest small companions to live with. Cavapoos rarely guard, rarely bark without reason and settle quickly into a household rhythm, which is why they suit first-time owners and families with gentle children so well.
Training is straightforward — they are food motivated and genuinely want your approval. The most common challenge is not stubbornness but separation: a Cavapoo raised as a constant companion needs a deliberate plan for being left alone.
